The only time you will hear from us is to let you know when your order has shipped or if you sign up for our newsletter or if you have a question.
We will put a hold on the item(s) for 90 days with 1/3 purchase price down. Monthly payments are divided into three (3) equal payments due on or before purchase date.
You will be emailed a purchase plan which is protection for the both of us and is strickly enforced. Along with the signed contract (purchase plan) will be an invoice for 1/3 of the purchase price, date of next payment.
We understand problems arise, communications is the key. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days past the due date we consider this a breach of contract and the item(s) will be forfeited with no repercussions against Fantasyland Jewels, LLC.
You have the right to cancel any purchase. We do not refund any monies. We take sales seriously and while holding this item for you and you decide to cancel we could have sold that item to someone else.
Upon last payment your order will be shipped to you. If purchasing with a Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check, please remember they must clear my bank first.
You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped.
Fantasyland Jewels offers a layaway program for orders of $100.00 or more.
Fantasyland Jewels accepts immediate payments thru PayPal. We are a verified PayPal merchant (2002) and will never sell or divulge your information to another party.
We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
PayPal - shipment the following day
Checks, Cashiers Check or Personal Checks - shipment as soon as payment clears my bank, you will be notified when your order ships.
Our items are sold "as is." We understand that our customers cannot see the item except in a picture and that the best descriptions and we try really hard to be thorough might not be enough to fully describe a piece. Please ask questions if in doubt.
If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us within 3 days and we will happily refund your money minus 20% of original sale price & shipping charges either direction.
You must contact us so that we can authorize any return.
We do not refund insurance charges nor shipping charges either direction.
We also do not refund any monies on items returned without authorization.
It is important to say that there are those that buy items they have no intention of keeping. We feel this is abuse. This is a business and it takes time to prepare orders for shipping. We have no choice but to charge a 20% restocking fee if a customer continually buys and returns items.
We do not issue refunds for buyers remorse, nor can Fantasyland Jewels be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS if insurance is not purchased.
Items authorized for return must be returned via the same method they were shipped from Fantasyland Jewels, they must be in the same condition as we sent them in.
